3. Are the Courses Downloadable?

Absolutely! Our makeup courses are fully downloadable, allowing you to learn at your own pace and revisit lessons anytime, anywhere.


4. Can I Cancel My Order?

Order cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order will already be processed, and we will not be able to cancel it. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at modemotion08@gmail.com.


5. What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept most major payment gateways supported by Shopify, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.


6. When Are Orders Processed?

All orders are processed on weekdays (Monday–Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be handled on the next business day.

Customs duties and taxes depend on your country’s regulations. Any import fees, customs, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs office.


8. Returns and Exchanges

9. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email us within 3 working days of receiving your parcel. Include photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


10. Refunds

Once your return or issue has been approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days. The time may vary depending on your payment provider’s processing speed.
